This all-suite hotel features spacious accommodations with fully equipped kitchens and separate living areas, ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
This Residence Inn offers a convenient, spacious base for the Woodlands area with fully equipped kitchens and a friendly staff, but reviews highlight inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance issues, particularly related to hot water availability and room odor.
The positives: Decor is decent. Housekeeping and buffet staff were super friendly. Location is great if you plan on doing shopping, but even though this part of town is the most walkable, pedestrian infrastructure is deficient. The shower had some pink mold on the soap tray and I ran out of shampoo and body wash mid shower, which also had very low pressure. The rooms had a noticeable odor, probably due to the very convenient fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, pans, food waste disposal).
No hot water in shower. Scolding hot in sinks. TV did not work. Tv remote appears to work for clarity because it lit up. Arrived at 10:06pm so once we you unpack to discover the TV doesn’t work you just use your phone. Discovered shower lacked hot water in the morning , so no switching rooms at that point requested. Asked for refund. Front desk person trained to deflect. Said call Hotels.com. So since the owner trains on deflection a one star review.
Upon arrival, at check-in we were only informed about the breakfast and gym schedule, but not about how often the rooms were serviced. The staff member was wearing headphones while assisting us, which did not leave the best impression. I traveled with a group of five people, and there were days when the scheduled cleaning did not take place as expected. Although the staff came to clean, some details were overlooked—for example, the bathtub was not properly cleaned. During my entire stay, there were small items left behind the entrance door, which suggested that the cleaning process could be more thorough. Regarding the towels, even when they were not left on the floor to be replaced, they were rehung as if they were fresh. This practice raises questions about the environmental policy, as it gives the impression that used towels may simply be folded and presented as new. Additionally, ants appeared in my room, and I had to throw away an almost full pack of candies. I reported the issue in the morning, but by the afternoon nothing had been done. The following day, fumigation was carried out, but unfortunately, after returning home I realized that a sweater and two t-shirts I had purchased were missing. That day was the only time staff entered my room, which was concerning. The response to the ant issue was limited to an apology at the front desk, and when a manager came by, the situation did not seem to be taken very seriously. Overall, the service could be improved. I share this feedback as someone who has worked in hotels and understands the importance of attentive service and proper follow-up when a guest experiences an inconvenience.
We have stayed at this place a couple times and loved it overall! I actually forgot my Glasses in the room and they emailed me and contacted me and they even shipped it out back to me! Thank you Meredith at the front desk!
This hotel is everything thing you'd want! Huge rooms with lots of space for luggage, a nice workspace, comfy bed, great breakfast, and nice staff. Will definitely stay here again if back in town. Super convenient to everything in the Woodlands/Conroe area.
It’s an excellent option for those who enjoy preparing their own meals. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all essential utensils, a dishwasher, and both washing and drying machines — perfect for longer stays. The staff are also incredibly helpful and attentive, which really enhances the overall experience.
We stayed for two nights- it was a great location right in the heart of the Woodlands and it was very quiet and safe. Lots of restaurants and shopping were nearby; H?E?B, the Market Street Mall, Whole Foods, etc. The parking was convenient. The clerk who checked me in was so friendly and helpful. Windows opened and the room was clean and had a smart tv, which was incredible. The bed was too firm for me, but that’s a matter of preference. The only negative was when we needed to extend our late checkout -the clerk was so unfriendly and unhelpful and only begrudgingly gave us an 15 extra minutes. :( We were traveling with a small baby, and I’m a silver elite bonvoy member. I mean why couldn’t they give us an extra hour just as a courtesy?? So disappointed by this lack of consideration.
Clean rooms. Price was quite good for that specific area. A bit dated, but not too bad. Did not eat breakfast there. Front desk was very nice when I checked in.
They called me 3 days before our stay and down graded us from a two bedroom suite to one bed and pull out couch. Our family is two big for such a small room and we’re here for the junior Olympics for my son. They also did not offer any discount in response to this downgrade. Would never stay here again since it’s unreliable.
Very relaxing place, clean, organised and having laundry room. Good for long stay and short one. Family friendly.
